Ralph J Davis
Ralph J. Davis, Associate
Ralph graduated from California State University, Sacramento in 1993 and
immediately enrolled at Lincoln Law School in Sacramento, taking night
school classes and graduating in 1997 with a JD degree. He was admitted to
the California bar and began legal employment at the Law Office of Jerrold
Adams in Roseville representing injured workers. Ralph was recruited by
Don
Barthel of Bradford and Barthel and began working on the defense side of
the
bar in 2001, working his way up to a partner prior to leaving the firm in
2008.
In February of 2009, Ralph joined the Pursley Law Firm in Sacramento
specializing in workers' compensation litigation. Ralph is familiar
with
all areas of workers' compensation defense, including Labor Code Section
132a claims, defense of Serious and Willful Misconduct claims and numerous
writs to the appellate level as well as one hard earned victory signed by
Supreme Court Chief Justice Ronald George.
When Ralph is away from work he spends time with his wife of 43 years, his
six children and eight grandchildren, as well as his collection of vintage
automobiles.
