John P. Carty, Of Counsel

John Carty joined the Pursley Law Firm of counsel on 1/1/10 bringing with him over 28 years experience in practicing law in California. He graduated from University of California, Berkeley in 1977 with a political science major and continued on to law school where he earned his J.D. at Hastings College of Law, University of California, San Francisco, graduating in 1980 in the top 30% of his class.  John then gained his extensive experience over the next 28 years in the fields of criminal law, personal injury litigation, civil litigation, insurance defense, workers’ compensation, sexual harassment and family law.
